A replacement heel for bowling shoes with interchangeable heels. The heel controls how quickly you stop at the end of your slide: a grippier heel brakes sooner, a smoother one lets you finish with more slide. Swap heels to match the approach you are bowling on.

Brake level: most slide, least brake (low friction)
System: Formula pull-tab, interchangeable
Best for: tacky approaches where your feet stop too soon
Compatibility: For 3G Racer line shoes (Racer, Dial Racer, Mesh Racer). Uses the pull-tab system; not compatible with the velcro Solid / Tour-line system.
